Detailed Product Description

Features:
1. Digital reading of injector output directly, minimum individual 0.1cc.
2. Clamping of the injector occurs with the camshaft stationary and in the "index" position I.E. with the injector cam at a position where tappet is at the maximum lift. The position of the datum valve cam when at the "index" position is such that the datum valve cam follower is at minimum lift which causes the datum valve to be held open by link. When the camshaft starts to turn the datum valve to close whist the injector cam and tappet are still operating on top dwell. This locks the position of piston rod and the injector body relative to the cambox leaving the injector plunger free to be operated by the injector cam.
The datum valve is opened every time the injector cam is on the top dwell allowing both pressures in the clamp chamber and the position of the injector and fixture relative to the cambox to be corrected every cycle.
3. Using the fuel arm, operator can check and adjust flow of the injector it is Unnecessary that unclamping the injector from the stand. This can assure the accuracy and raise work efficiency.
4. The injector injection intake analogous device which analogize engine work.
5. The fuel temperature was controlled by the micro-computer.
6. The stand was controlled by PLC(programmable logic controller),the electrical system is reliable
